Project and culture

I need a company whit a good project. Web 2.0 Applications.
I need a few workmen, ready to work there asses off to been top dogs.
All development is based on the Agile Manifesto.
We have to build strong project culture.
All participants want to contribute and be competitive.
All participants have to commit to the main target and observe rules.

Technology
Technology is Ruby on Rails to be agile in pure wisdom.
Adopt all aspects of “your not a snowflake”

Environment rules

Work together in project rooms.
We have to have silent zones to bee effective.
All must have access to whiteboards and must use them.
All requirements must be by face to face communication.
SCRUM meetings ones a day. (all pics and hens)

Manifesto

Customer satisfaction by rapid, continuous delivery of useful software
Working software is delivered frequently (weeks rather than months)
Working software is the principal measure of progress
Even late changes in requirements are welcomed
Close, daily, cooperation between business people and developers
Face-to-face conversation is the best form of communication
Projects are built around motivated individuals, who should be trusted
Continuous attention to technical excellence and good design
Simplicity
Self-organizing teams
Regular adaptation to changing circumstances
